Rules

The standing rules behind every screen.

Figma is the source

• Copy the named source literally; never "in the spirit of" it.
• A shared Figma component is the whole container: no extra wrapping, lines or sections.
• Build nothing the frame lacks; departures are questions.

Say less

• No explaining sentences.
• One fact, one place.
• No decorative chips, colour stripes, emoji or all-capital labels.
• Let people read the data; no verdict banners.

Structure

• One container level.
• Each kind of information gets its own form, only when it answers a real question.
• Read and act are separate.
• One main action; the rest in the more menu. Delete never sits red beside Edit.
• No new state when a note, chat or filter can carry it.

Type, fields and controls

• Inter on the scale only.
• Every field on a screen is 56 tall.
• Each control state is its own icon.
• Touch targets at least 44.

Forms and records

• One form with switches inside.
• Show similar records while a name is typed.
• Delete only unused records; otherwise deactivate.
• Every record keeps its history.
• Rejecting always needs a reason.

Before sharing

• Tap every control, role and status.
• Check the empty first screen, not only filled ones.
• Compare with the Figma frame side by side.
